Awaiting | Iceland Short Film

Iceland is often seen as dark, harsh, and sometimes gloomy. At times, it is, but that mood carries its own kind of beauty. And when the weather shifts, so does the land, opening into warmth, light, and a quieter beauty that can feel almost unreal. In this video, I journey through Iceland’s wild landscapes from the South Coast to the Highlands and up into the North. From dark, moody black sand beaches and storm-worn mountain roads to sunlit peaks and golden coastal light, it’s a look at the different moods of a country shaped by weather and light.

In this video, I travel from the east side of Switzerland towards the south and west side as I head towards the Matterhorn. I share my thoughts on visiting the Matterhorn and Zermatt, the village close to the mountain.
